A dashboard for operating the PTAC units across entire rental buildings. Operators trigger remote actions on a unit or a whole property, schedule device state changes ahead of time, pull usage reports, and manage account-level access to each building. Devices report over AWS IoT, so the interface has to stay honest about fleet state that arrives asynchronously.
Multi-step applications that walk people through long forms, capture structured data, and hand it to the teams doing follow-up. Most of the work is state: partial progress, validation, and resuming days later without losing anything.
Public ecommerce and editorial platforms where the render path is the product — fast pages, CMS-driven content, and analytics clean enough for merchandising and marketing teams to act on.
GastosCasaA shared budget manager for households where several family members track expenses together. Everyone can log spending, review clear charts, organize recurring bills, and keep the monthly budget in order from the web or mobile. It also supports credit-card installments, multiple currencies, and inflation tracking.
